Lead Moving Expert (Driving Position)

Drive 16–26 ft box trucks to and from job sites, safely loading, transporting, and unloading household and office goods while wrapping, padding, and reassembling furniture. Lead a small crew by assigning tasks to ensure smooth completion, providing excellent customer service throughout the move. Perform truck inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and handle paperwork, contracts, and mobile app updates accurately. Work long hours in physically demanding environments, lifting 75+ lbs, indoors and outdoors. Earn $17–19/hour with tips, bonuses, and paid overtime, with advancement opportunities into Crew Leader or Manager roles.
