Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL) operates 26-ft box trucks to move furniture and household goods in residential environments. Responsibilities include safely driving and coordinating with a moving team, providing excellent customer experience, and completing electronic job paperwork on company tablets. Requires valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience, clean MVR for 3 years, ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly, ability to climb stairs, successful background check and drug screen, and availability for full-time or part-time schedules. Pays $20–$30+ per hour after tips/bonuses with weekly pay and performance bonuses; benefits include 401(k) eligibility after 90 days and health insurance eligibility after 1 year.
