Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL) drives 26-ft box trucks to move furniture and household goods in residential settings; provides a high-quality customer experience while working with a moving team; uses tablets for electronic paperwork and job management. Requires 21+ years old, valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience, clean driving record for 3 years, ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb stairs, pass background and drug screen. Compensation ranges from $20–$30+ per hour after tips/bonuses, with weekly pay and performance-based bonuses; full- and part-time schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Drive and operate 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed
- Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role
- Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job
- Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments
- Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management
- Moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

- We are open 7 days a week and most shifts are full-day shifts
