Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL) drives and operates 26-ft automatic box trucks to move furniture and household goods in residential settings, providing a high-quality customer experience as part of a professional moving team. Responsibilities include safely moving items, using company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management, and collaborating with teammates; prior moving, warehouse, delivery, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. The role is available in full-time and part-time schedules with weekly pay, tips/bonuses, and opportunities for bonuses. Requires a valid license with 3+ years of driving, clean MVR, ability to lift 75+ lbs, pass background/drug checks, and willingness to work in a residential environment in Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Pay & Earnings: Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
