Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver will operate 26-ft automatic box trucks, move furniture and household goods, provide a high-quality customer experience, and work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments. Use tablets for electronic paperwork and job management; moving is the core responsibility; prior moving, warehouse, delivery, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Experience in moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service is helpful but not required
