Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver responsible for operating 26-ft automatic box trucks to move and deliver household goods in residential settings, providing a high-quality customer experience as part of a moving team. Role involves moving furniture, lifting heavy items (75+ lbs), climbing stairs, using company tablets for electronic paperwork, and working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Requires 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience, and a clean driving record; background check and drug screening required. Full-time and part-time shifts available, with weekly pay, tips/bonuses, and opportunities for bonuses and benefits after probation. Moving, warehouse, delivery, or related experience is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
