Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver operates 26-ft automatic box trucks in residential moves, safely moving furniture and goods while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Works with a moving team, uses company tablets for paperwork, and may benefit from prior moving, warehouse, delivery, or customer-service experience. Compensation includes hourly pay with tips/bonuses and weekly pay; benefits include 401(k) eligibility after 90 days and health insurance eligibility after 1 year. Available as Full and Part Time positions in Charleston, SC, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and reliable service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
