Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver drives and operates new 26-ft automatic box trucks, safely moves furniture and household goods, and provides a high-quality customer experience on residential jobs. Works with a moving team, uses company tablets for electronic paperwork, and participates in open full- and part-time shifts with weekly pay and performance bonuses. No CDL required; strong earning potential based on tips and bonuses; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Experience in moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service is helpful but not required
