Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL) responsible for driving and operating a 26-ft box truck to safely move furniture and household goods in residential environments, providing excellent customer experience, and coordinating with a moving team. Requires 21+ years old, valid license with 3+ years driving, clean MVR, ability to lift heavy items, pass background/drug checks, and willingness to work in full or part-time schedules. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
