Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver (Non-CDL) role in residential moving. You’ll drive and operate 26-ft automatic box trucks, safely move furniture and household goods, and provide a high-quality customer experience on every job. Work closely with a moving team in residential environments, handle electronic paperwork on company tablets, and leverage prior moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience. Full and Part Time positions are available; weekly pay and bonuses are offered, with tips eligible and opportunities for 401(k) and health insurance benefits after specified periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
