Job Summary
Lead Mover & Driver role operating 26-ft automatic box trucks to move furniture and household goods in residential environments. Drive safely, work with a professional moving team, provide a high-quality customer experience, and use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management. Relevant experience in moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service is helpful but not required. Pay ranges from $20–$30+ per hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience) with weekly pay, plus monthly bonuses and benefits. Full-time or part-time shifts available; open daily with branded trucks and modern equipment. Benefits include 401(k) eligibility after 90 days and health insurance eligibility after 1 year. This position is based in Midwest City, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Pay & Earnings: Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
