Job Summary
Lead the design function across digital, print, and video by driving UX/UI design for web and campaigns, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, producing high-quality visual assets, motion graphics and explainer videos in After Effects, and developing scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency across channels. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, lead design critiques, prepare print-ready files, and coordinate with print vendors while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic or digital designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects)
- Experience with motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects
- Advanced working knowledge of Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping
- Understanding of the design-to-print process including file preparation and color management
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating cohesive campaigns and scalable design systems across multiple channels
- Experience leading or mentoring junior designers (Preferred)
