Job Summary
Forecast modular build systems equipment for upcoming shows using historical data and communications with growth. Maintain accurate demand vs. event actuals metrics and manage inventory counts of relevant equipment. Receive work orders and drawings, then produce Modular Build Systems, Total Flex Systems, and Truss Structures in accordance with account executive requirements. Manage incoming and outgoing logistics for all tracked pieces of equipment while identifying substitution opportunities during shortages. Pack and stage exhibit elements, review packing lists, and forward drawing revisions to the detailer. Follow all safety policies, complete required training, and report hazards or accidents immediately. This role supports the Event & Exhibit Services team in Orlando, FL, with full-time in-office and show-site coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Three (3) years of related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements
- Ability to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture
- Forklift certification may be required
- OSHA 10 Certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Flex & Smart Panel Systems preferred
