Job Summary
Lead daily mobile X-ray operations throughout Nevada by coordinating field staffing, scheduling, and coverage while supervising, coaching, and mentoring technologists. Perform mobile X-ray examinations as needed to maintain patient care and service standards. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff. Monitor image quality, documentation, radiation safety, and clinical standards. Oversee company vehicles, portable equipment, inventory, and supplies. Build relationships with healthcare facilities and referral partners. Travel periodically to Southern California to support operations and facility relationships. Partner with executive leadership to improve workflows and support company growth. Requires active Nevada X-ray license, current driver's license, and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nevada X-ray license
- Strong positioning, patient care, and image-quality skills
- Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel periodically to Southern California
