Job Summary
Conduct high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the Mitigation Project Manager. Perform Docusketch documentation for estimators and adjusters while maintaining a clean, stocked truck and all company equipment. Lead and assist team members, manage warehousing and facility tasks as needed, and remain accessible by phone for the on-call schedule. Work nights, weekends, and overtime as required to serve communities during disaster strikes. Maintain IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications with two years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current IICRC WRT certification and FSRT (or) ASD Certification
- Two year experience as a technician in the restoration industry
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
