Job Summary
Direct, train, and motivate a crew of technicians on-site while responding quickly to water, fire, mold, or storm damage. Implement drying, cleaning, and demolition tactics to prevent further loss, enforcing safety protocols while maintaining project timelines. Communicate the restoration process clearly to anxious property owners and provide clear documentation for insurance adjusters. Master restoration equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters to assess damage rapidly and adapt strategies on the fly. This role supports the Paul Davis Restoration mission by stabilizing properties during stressful emergency situations. Candidates must be comfortable constantly moving about job sites, including stairs and crawl spaces, and safely operate a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- 1+ years of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
- A natural desire to guide teams and manage projects under pressure
- Mastery of restoration equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
- Ability to assess damage rapidly and adapt strategies on the fly
- Empathy for the customer paired with clear documentation for insurance adjusters
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift up to 60lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
