Job Summary
Conduct high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Project Manager. Perform Docusketch documentation for estimators and adjusters while maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment. Lead and assist other team members, assist in warehousing and facility tasks when necessary, and remain accessible by phone for on-call participation. Maintain empathy and urgency in communication through modern technology while serving others in their time of need following disaster strikes. Work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; valid driver's license and current IICRC WRT certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Current IICRC WRT certification and FSRT (or) ASD Certification
- Two year experience as a technician in the restoration industry
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
