Job Summary
Lead Mitigation Technician to head emergency disaster restoration team overseeing on-site property damage response due to water, fire, smoke, and mold. Responsibilities include site assessment, moisture inspections, immediate setup of structural drying equipment, on-site supervision of crew, safety and property preservation, documenting job progress and hours in RMS, coordinating with customers, surveyors, and insurance adjusters, and participating in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience
- 1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
