Job Summary
Conduct high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation per Paul Davis and industry specifications under supervision. Perform Docusketch documentation for estimators and adjusters while maintaining a clean, stocked truck and company equipment. Lead and assist other team members, assist in warehousing and facility tasks, and remain accessible by phone for on-call rotations. Serve community members during disaster strikes with empathy and urgency, utilizing modern technology for communication. Requires IICRC WRT certification, two years of restoration experience, and ability to work nights/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current IICRC WRT certification and FSRT (or) ASD Certification
- Two year experience as a technician in the restoration industry
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
