Job Summary
Conduct high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Project Manager. Execute Docusketch documentation for estimators and adjusters while maintaining a clean, properly stocked truck and all company equipment. Lead and assist other team members, assist in warehousing and facility tasks when necessary, and remain accessible by phone for the on-call schedule. Serve others within the community by making a difference for those affected by disaster strikes, communicating through modern technology with empathy and urgency. Work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, lifting 75 lbs frequently, while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the purpose-driven Paul Davis team focused on extraordinary care during times of need.
Required Qualifications
- Current IICRC WRT certification and FSRT (or) ASD Certification
- Two year experience as a technician in the restoration industry
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
