Job Summary
Lead Mitigation Technician leading field crews on residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. Responsibilities include overseeing initial emergency response, assessing property damage, executing mitigation plans to meet industry standards and safety protocols, serving as primary point of contact for property owners, and delivering excellent customer service. Duties also encompass documenting daily logs, moisture mapping, sketches, and photo records using restoration software; managing equipment and inventory (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.); and coordinating with clients and tenants. Requires 2-3 years of hands-on disaster restoration experience, IICRC WRT certification (ASD or AMRT certifications preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and availability for rotating on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
