Job Summary
Lead Mitigation Technician / Crew Chief responsible for directing water damage mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation projects. You will lead crews, perform structural drying, moisture mapping and documentation, set up and monitor equipment, perform demolition and contents protection, and train/lead the crew while maintaining professional communication with customers. The role emphasizes ownership of jobs, leadership, problem solving, and delivering high-quality restoration results. Certifications in IICRC WRT required or obtainable quickly; ASD/AMRT/FSRT are a plus; valid driver's license and availability for on-call rotation are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years restoration experience preferred
- IICRC WRT certification required or obtainable quickly
- ASD, AMRT, FSRT certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
