Job Summary
Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration in Colorado Springs, CO leads and participates in on-site restoration work (water, fire, mold) while guiding team members, delivering quality service to homeowners, and maintaining equipment and documentation. Responsibilities include performing and overseeing restoration tasks (water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation), providing excellent customer service, preparing materials and tools, keeping the work vehicle organized, assisting with equipment setup and material removal, participating in on-call scheduling, supporting warehouse tasks, assisting with demolition, and ensuring readiness of tools and equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass background check and drug screen, English fluency, valid driver’s license, and availability for nights/weekends/overtime.
