Lead metal roofer

Lead and train roofing crews on the job site while tearing off existing systems and replacing damaged decking. Install underlayments, ice and water barriers, and various metal roofing systems including standing seam and exposed-fastener panels. Fabricate and install flashing, trim, valleys, and roof details while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Communicate daily with production managers, customers, and crew members to ensure projects complete safely and efficiently. This hands-on foreman role oversees metal roofing projects throughout the Klamath Basin for Linkville Roofing & Siding.
