Job Summary
Conduct route coverage to confirm product levels, rotation, display, and maintenance at assigned accounts in the Owatonna, Mankato, or Albert Lea areas. Assist in training new merchandisers and provide on-site supervision to ensure accounts are correctly serviced. Utilize company technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload photos, and maintain accurate records. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 170 pounds. Earn $27.45 hourly with mileage reimbursement and access to union benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
Required Qualifications
- 7 months plus of general work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements
- Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have auto insurance coverage meeting minimum amounts specified by the company and state law
- Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 170 pounds
- Must be able to handle keg products
- Must be able to operate pallet jacks
- Must be able to load tools
