Job Summary
Design merchandise beyond jewelry from concept through tech pack and sampling, directing jewelry concepts for cohesion across capsule collections. Curate and quality-check CADs, renders, and samples for brand fit, providing specific feedback on wearability and commercial viability. Build collections where jewelry and complementary products tie together under one concept, planning launches backward from real dates. Write clear briefs for designers to ensure alignment. Requires a portfolio of physical fashion products, hands-on tech pack creation, genuine anime knowledge, and C2-level English. Fully remote with 40 hours per week, flexible schedule, and pay ranging from US$6 to US$15 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio of physical fashion or merchandise products (jewelry, apparel, accessories, or adjacent) you personally helped develop and bring to market.
- Hands-on tech pack creation and experience running sampling with manufacturers or suppliers.
- Product taste aligned with a premium, design-led brand, plus the commercial judgment to know what will sell, to whom, and at what price.
- Genuine anime knowledge, current titles, fandom culture, and what resonates with the audience.
- Shopify or ecommerce product experience.
- Written and spoken English at C2 level.
