Lead Mentor

Monitor skills and knowledge of employees assigned to your site, collaborating with the Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager to ensure safety practices and address training needs. Develop and oversee each unit's training plan while supporting staff in their professional growth through ongoing education. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, two to five years of healthcare experience, and one to three years in training or education. Preferred qualifications include six months of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders, EMT certification, and Certified Nurse Assistant certification.
