Job Summary
Provide direct clinical psychotherapy services to consumers in the Partial Department programming, utilizing group, individual, and family modalities grounded in behavioral, emotional, and cognitive interventions. Complete psychological diagnostic interviewing, intake evaluations, and documentation for indirect case management, including maintaining case notes, treatment plans, and authorizations. Conduct weekly supervision with the immediate supervisor and Chief Clinical Officer, attend mandatory team meetings, and facilitate transitions to appropriate levels of care. Assist the psychiatrist in monitoring medication, perform monthly chart reviews and audits, and conduct external consultations with community providers and agencies. Maintain professional continuing education and compliance with federal, state, and managed care regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree psychology, social work, or human services with at least 12 credits of psychology
- 1 year experience in the Mental Health Field
- Act 33 and 34 Clearances
- Act 114 FBI
- Act 31 Training
- Training and experience conducting group psychotherapy
- Training and experience conducting individual psychotherapy
