Review documentation for accuracy, organize weekly staff meetings, and complete daily logs tracking individual care documents. Supervise clients to stimulate social interaction and self-worth while providing education on personal fund management. Train new staff through on-the-job coaching and mentoring under the supervision of a mental health professional. Maintain open communication with leadership to uphold organizational policies and support the team atmosphere.
