Job Summary
Lead, Member Experience Readiness drives change adoption for new products and services by designing and delivering readiness strategies. You will manage stakeholder engagement, coordinate multiple workstreams, and communicate effectively to executives and teams, ensuring successful adoption and sustained outcomes. The role requires a post-secondary degree and 7+ years in change, readiness, or adoption initiatives within complex organizations, with experience in financial services or regulated environments and a formal change management certification preferred. The position is hybrid, based at Vancity head office in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and involves on-site presence for events and business demands.
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree in business, communications, change management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading change, readiness, or adoption initiatives in complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executives
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies
- Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
