Job Summary
Manage patient flow, customer service, and data entry while tracking monthly performance goals and maintaining HIPAA-compliant patient charts. Coordinate scheduling, treatment plans, and referrals; submit daily precertification forms to the authorization department; and ensure centers complete daily closes and monthly survey data collection. Verify inventory counts and confirm surgical assistant compliance with daily uploads. Requires reliable transportation and ability to travel between Fair Oaks, Leesburg, and other CVR clinics for training. No nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation
- Must be able to travel to CVR Fair Oaks & Leesburg Clinics
- Must be able to travel to CVR Manasass/Reston/Fairfax/Purcellville Clinics for training
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish fluency preferred
