Job Summary
Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist oversees the day-to-day operation of the laboratory division as a Lead CLS, performing a variety of technical, clerical, physical and quality assurance functions. Works independently, supports division leadership, and accepts responsibility for special projects/activities as agreed with the supervisor/manager. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science and a California CLS license (or related California licenses listed), plus 1 year of CLS experience. ASCP certification is preferred. Located at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, CA with evening shift. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, quality assurance, and collaborative patient-focused care.

- 1 year - Experience as a CLS
- ASCP certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology upon hire (preferred)
