Lead Medical Lab Scientist (MLS)

Process and test all types of laboratory specimens while reviewing and reporting lab results. Perform operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment, including equipment validation, implementation, and point of care testing. Act as a resource to other laboratory personnel by conducting employee training and competency assessments. Ensure regulatory compliance with accrediting agencies such as CAP, TCJ, and AABB, while managing quality assurance, quality control, and instrument maintenance.
