Lead Medical Coordinator/Registered Nurse

Monitor patients' conditions, assess needs, and interpret symptoms to communicate with physicians while providing emotional support to patients, staff, and families. Collaborate on individualized care plans, perform routine procedures, administer medications, and ensure timely completion of initial medical examinations, dental work, and vaccines. Operate the TRC medical clinic by creating schedules for holidays, weekends, and after-hours coverage, organizing billings, stocking supplies, and maintaining facility hygiene and safety. Provide weekly supervision to coordinators and clerks, hold clinical meetings, consult on complex cases, and train staff on relevant issues. Maintain HIPAA privacy and attend mandated training. Work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
