Job Summary
Lead Medical Coordinator with RN license and BSN, responsible for regulatory compliance, staffing schedules, staff training, and supervision of medical staff to implement healthcare plans, manage medication administration, nursing documentation, and coordination of medical services for Compass Connections’ program. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong clinical leadership, and ability to supervise nursing duties, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance, coordinate with pharmacies, and oversee MARs, transport for medical appointments, and development of health-care protocols; must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license (state of program)
- Current BLS (PALS preferred)
- First aid; CPR
- Five (5) years RN experience and two (2) years management experience
