Lead Medical Assistant

Provide leadership in satellite locations under the direction of the nurse manager while monitoring patient flow and managing equipment maintenance. Order clinical supplies, run and scribe for practitioners, and set up and care for stress and/or echo-stress test patients. Provide assistance with Holter monitors and ensure HIPAA guidelines are followed at all times. Requires Certified Medical Assistant status with a minimum of three years of experience in a multi-physician setting, BLS certification, and computerized health records competence. Preference given to candidates with cardiac experience.
