Job Summary
Facilitate proper Medical Assistant assignment, patient communication, and patient flow to enable providers to see a larger volume of patients while rendering quality medical care. Directly supervise the Health Center's daily clinical support operations related to scheduling and the training and supervision of Medical Assistants. Handle some shifts requiring late afternoon, early evening, and occasional Saturday morning hours. Requires a high school diploma or GED, Medical Assistant Certificate (preferred), two years of appropriate medical office experience, and supervision experience. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged.
