Job Summary
Lead Mechanical Engineer to oversee HVAC and plumbing design across construction projects, serving as the primary client-facing engineer and guiding projects from basis of design through final contract documents. Support project pursuits including proposals and interviews, and provide technical support across multiple delivery methods (design-build, design-bid-build, MCCM, design assist, and progressive design-build). Develop load and sizing calculations for mechanical systems and contribute to internal templates and standards. Licensed PE in Washington with 6+ years of mechanical design experience, strong client relationship and project delivery skills, and the ability to lead high-profile projects from concept to stamped documents.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington State
- 6+ years of mechanical design experience
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC and plumbing system design
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery
