Job Summary
Lead commissioning plans, testing scripts, and acceptance criteria for mechanical systems, HVAC, and piping in a semiconductor fabrication facility. Develop and review system designs, coordinate FATs/SATs, and manage punch lists while ensuring compliance with ASME, NEC, NFPA, and cleanroom protocols. Review drawings and P&ID diagrams, troubleshoot mechanical and cooling systems, and resolve technical issues with engineering, construction, and vendor teams. Prepare documentation for facility turnover and support performance verification to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience commissioning and testing electrical systems in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or data center environments
- Experience with commissioning processes for mission-critical and high-reliability electrical systems
- Requires BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Technical Degree (or international equivalent) and 6-10 years of relevant experience or 10-15 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 4 years commissioning HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, roof top units in a semiconductor environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for coordination with engineering, operations, and client teams
- Experience with Commissioning Software (Smart Completions) and/or Digital Software
- Experience in Commissioning or a technical consulting field such as facility design, engineering, construction management or related area
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on mentorship and accountability
- Knowledge of ASHRAE Guidelines and Standards
- Experience with or exposure to Hexagon's Smart Completions Software
- Familiarity with semiconductor facility standards and critical power
- Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives
- Understand and have knowledge of Clean Rooms
- Experience with Commissioning Software (Smart Completions) and/or Digital Software
- Experience with Commissioning or a technical consulting field such as facility design, engineering, construction management or related area
