Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and air-operated equipment including mobile equipment hoists, compressors, drills, and small tools. Ensure subordinate work meets quality standards and that all tasks are completed safely and in a timely manner. Requires FMTM or equivalent certification, a valid driver's license, and a General Explosives Permit. Rotation is 14 days on, 14 days off with 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- FMTM (Formation Modulaire du Québec) or equivalent (Ontario Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core)
- Valid driver's license
- General Explosives Permit
- Drug screening
