Job Summary
Lead, MECE Readiness at Vancity – a change-leadership role focused on designing and delivering readiness plans to enable adoption of new products/services, coordinating across executives and stakeholders, and sustaining adoption outcomes. Collaborates with Marketing/External Communications/ITS, supports enterprise-level transformation, and targets member/employee readiness. Requires a post-secondary degree and 7+ years of change/readiness experience, with strong PM, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills; preferred certifications (Prosci/ACMP) and experience in financial services. Hybrid on-site role with events and business demands at head office in Vancouver, BC.
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree in business, communications, change management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading change, readiness, or adoption initiatives in complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executives
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
