Job Summary
Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and hybrid using the Mathnasium Method, while assessing their progress and maintaining a safe, professional environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in group settings and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Support the maintenance of a welcoming atmosphere that builds student confidence and program value. Available three days a week (Mon-Thu 3PM-7PM, Sat 9AM-1PM) for part-time compensation of $17.00-$20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Math proficiency through at least algebra I
- Available at least 3 days a week (Mon-Thu 3PM- 7PM, Sat 9AM - 1PM)
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
