Job Summary
Teach and tutor students in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, while collaborating with team members to provide individualized instruction in group settings. Assess student learning progress and engagement throughout sessions, maintain a safe and professional environment, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Deliver instruction to students from 2nd through 12th grade, balancing leadership and teaching responsibilities to build confidence and program value. Work flexible part-time hours after school and on weekends, with consistent availability across three shifts per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Math proficiency through at least algebra I
- Available at least 3 days a week (Mon-Thu 3PM- 7PM, Fridays 3PM - 6PM, Sat 9AM - 1PM, Sun 12PM - 4PM)
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
