Job Summary
Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in group settings using the Mathnasium MethodTM. Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout sessions, then communicate those updates directly to parents and guardians. Teach both in-center and online while maintaining proficiency with digital educational materials and processes. This role supports K-12 students in mastering math concepts through hands-on instruction and continuous training on effective teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
- Must be able to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
