Lead Math Instructor

Lead Math Instructor at a Mathnasium center responsible for leading, coaching, and delivering individualized instruction in a group setting using the Mathnasium Method. Responsibilities include assessing student learning progress, communicating progress to parents/guardians, teaching in-center/online/hybrid delivery, becoming proficient with digital instructional materials, maintaining a safe and professional learning environment, and aiding with administrative tasks. Qualifications require passion for math and working with students, excellent interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn and be trained, and strong math competency through Algebra I, with prior Mathnasium experience preferred. All applicants must take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
