Job Summary
Lead Math Instructor at Mathnasium to mentor and collaborate with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting; assess student progress and engagement; communicate student progress with parents/guardians; teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method; become proficient with digital materials; maintain a safe, professional learning environment; and assist with administrative tasks. Requires passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, demonstrated math competency through Algebra I, and the ability to balance leadership with instructional responsibilities; successful applicants will take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
