Job Summary
Lead the Stage Materials & Processes Engineering team to drive development, design, manufacturing, and reuse of Relativity’s primary structures, mechanisms, and fluid systems products. Define team expectations, roles, goals, priorities, and communication; collaborate with design, METLab, weld, NDE, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; guide technical direction and risk mitigation; set leadership and technical excellence standards; support annual operating plans and staffing; foster an empathetic, accountable team culture. Requires a Bachelor's degree in materials science or engineering and 4+ years in materials & processes engineering with experience in M&P qualification, failure analysis, experimental design, and allowables development. Nice-to-haves include experience across the launch vehicle lifecycle and various stage materials and processes.
Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of relevant materials & process engineering experience
