Job Summary
Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator responsible for mentoring/training material handlers, stepping in for supervisors as needed, operating forklifts and other equipment to move product in a warehouse, maintaining a safe/clean workspace, and upholding safety practices in a fast-paced distribution environment. Role requires lifting, stacking pallets, and maintaining safety procedures; shift is 4:00am-10:00am, Monday-Friday in Sharon, MA with part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months related experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
- Must wear safety composite work shoes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Material Handling Equipment Operator certified (or ability to obtain)
