Job Summary

Lead automotive technician responsible for performing basic to advanced car maintenance and repair, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Requires in-depth automotive repair knowledge, commitment to high-quality service, ability to diagnose problems, replace/repair defective parts, and perform preventative maintenance. Must stay current with evolving automotive technology, demonstrate alignment with company values, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Must be able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays and pass pre-employment checks.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ automotive service, automotive mechanic, and/or engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity
  • ASE Certification preferred, but not required
  • Must have Technician Tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
  • Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Physical requirements: Prolonged standing, stooping, bending; exerting 50-100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10-25 lbs frequently; ability to move objects; production-rate pace
