Job Summary
Oversee technician training, scheduling, and shift coverage while maintaining service protocols and inventory control. Act as Manager on Duty when unavailable, balancing therapist schedules and resolving guest complaints to ensure quality standards. Support the spa director with projects, enforce sanitation laws, and mentor team members on product knowledge and aesthetic standards. Commit to 10 hours weekly performing lead duties within a flexible, full-time schedule at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year experience in spa environment
- Massage Therapist as required by the Department of Professional Licensing
